Subscription Terms
Annual prices
Student: £14.99 per year. Independent teacher: £6.99 per year. Organisation: £19.99 per year, including one class. Each additional organisation class is £6.99 per year. The App Store displays the applicable local price and currency before an iOS purchase. Target App Store prices in Türkiye are ₺999.99 for students, ₺499.99 for independent teachers, ₺1,499.99 for organisations, and ₺499.99 for each additional organisation class per year.
Billing and renewal
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes and total are shown before payment. Unless cancelled, an annual subscription renews automatically each year using the payment method saved with Stripe.
Student and independent-teacher subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple as auto-renewable annual subscriptions. Payment is charged to the Apple Account at confirmation. Unless cancelled, Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. App Store offer codes may change the first or later billing periods as shown by Apple before redemption.
Organisation classes
An organisation subscription includes one active class. Each additional class requires its own annual class licence. If a class licence or the organisation subscription expires, access to that class may be suspended until billing is restored.
Cancellation and access
You can manage or cancel a web subscription from the billing portal linked in the app. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then unless a refund or legal requirement changes that date. iOS subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the Apple Account subscription settings, and eligible purchases can be restored from the app. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a Stripe or Apple subscription, so cancel billing first.
Trials, refunds and changes
If a trial is offered, its length and renewal price are displayed at sign-up. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. For billing mistakes or refund requests, contact support. We will provide appropriate notice before a material price or terms change applies to a future renewal.
